China Venture Capital Research Institute(CVCRI) is a professional service platform for China's PE/VCs. CVCRI is the organizer of China Venture Capital & Private Equity Forum (CVCF) which was established in 1999 by “the Father of China Venture Capital”--Pro. Cheng Siwei .

1) Finacial service- Raise capital for companies

2) Research and Publication study of VC policy and industry development, survey of China VC industry, classic case study ,industry investment analysis report, China VC Yearbooks and China VC Journals as well as other professional books.

3)Forum & Matchmaking conference
AS a excellent VC platform in China, CVCRI has hold international Venture Capital & Private Equity Forum and regional Forum 12 times in different provinces of China, at the same time, match-making or road-show events has been organized , which help more than 40 firms achieve their capital up to 2.5 billion.
