My management experience spans the investment banking, manufacturing, mining, health insurance, and global trade sectors.I have considerable experience in board decision making having sat on a number of boards of directors over the past 10 years in both medium and large enterprises. In this area I have extensive experience in strategic planning. I have further experience in change management having been called in to to make recommendations re turnarounds, mergers, closures and implement these recommendations. I have taken responsibility for structural changes and managed the full ambit of these changes including legal, human capital, process and systems.
