Previously a Director with HSBC Investment Bank in London, Rory joined McInnes Corporate Finance in April 2005. He has 11 years experience in Corporate Finance including senior positions with Charterhouse Bank and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992.
Rory has provided M&A advice to UK and international corporates, both public and private, on a wide range of transactions and deal sizes including hostile and recommended public offers, public-to-privates, private acquisitions and disposals, demergers, MBOs, introductions to AIM and refinancings ranging from £2m-£5bn+.
