Completely Managing Finance & Administration Department of the Company which includes; • Planning & Budgeting, Cash Management, Investment Analysis & Decisions, Purchase and Management of Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Payroll, Development and Evaluation of Internal Controls, Co-ordination with external auditors, Finalization of Accounts, Management Reporting, Donors reporting, Publication dissemination, Human resources management • Perform data collection, compilation and validation for the annualized publication of our company named “Pakistan Microfinance Review (PMR)” • Analysis of financial performance and financial position of individual microfinance institutions and preparation of customized performance reports (CPRs) and performance trend reports (PTRs) • Providing strong leadership to improve efficient management of employees and resources and for improvement in communication within the team and across departments.

• Review research proposals and provide critical feedback on all proposals Whether or not they are approved for funding • Manage the overall operations of FAR, Inc. including financial resources and performance • Manage key project milestones, release of funds, deliverables and status of funded proposals • Update/disseminate FAR brochure & Develop-disseminate FAR Annual Report • Participated in development of plan for promotion of FAR initiatives at appropriate academic and research forums and through e-mail communications • Develop/deploy FAR process improvements consistent with IMA strategic imperatives

• Performing income and worth estimation reports for clients mainly banks • Evaluating credit risk exposure and conducting analysis of the possible factors leads to liquidity problems • Analyzing several businesses and suggesting financial institutions if there is any negative business • Improved performance, effectiveness and efficiency of Finance department through implementation of innovative approaches to analysis, data gathering and modeling activities • Managing and communicating financial analysis packages related to company products e.g. Income Estimation Reports, Small & Medium Enterprises Reports, Search Reports, etc. which can improve quality of the above said reports, and leading towards improvement in strategic position and profitability of the organization and recognition of key treats and opportunities in the market • Managed and Performed detailed financial statement analysis – P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow responsibility • Expressed remarkably good written and verbal communication skills, leadership qualities, problem solving, analytical, research, and organizational skills
