Preparing major feasibility study reports on the strategic plans of both Backward/ Forward Integration in order to support the Board for taking the right decision. Approval of Capex on case to case basis by defining the maximum payback on investments. I have been involved in strategizing the market scenario vs capacity addition and participated in Industry meetings on products, pricing and new developments etc.,
