Manage overall and daily activities of Investment 2 Department - Oversee the fields of investments: stock trading, private equity investment, real estate investment, repo, bond and investment consulting. - Oversee and submit proposals to investment committee for approval -Supervise investment transactions and post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies -Provide general oversight and career development for Junior Investment Officer

Contribute to the overall evaluation and execution of prospective investment opportunities, sourcing deals and exploring strategic partnership -Oversee due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and development of investment proposals -Present proposals to investment committee for approval -Supervise investment transactions and post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies: managing and coordinating with all involved parties to ensure accurate and timely completion of required deliverables, serving as primary liaison to prospective clients -Support firm management as necessary, prepare quarterly investor report -Provide general oversight and career development for Junior Executives

Be responsible for feasibility studies of large property developments and financial analysis - Complete property valuations using the company’s valuation model. - Adapt the company’s valuation model for different property valuations. - Complete feasibility studies using the company’s financial model. - Write valuation reports, using the company’s standard format. - Write feasibility study reports, using the company’sstandard format. - Liase with the research, property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market in Vietnam. - Liase with clients independently to secure additional work for the company. - Maintain relationships with banks, investment funds and other financial institutions in Vietnam to ensure a detailed knowledge of the market and investor expectations. - Maintain a detailed understanding of accounting practices and land law in Vietnam.

-Develop and manipulate a comprehensive research product system (including applicable valuation models and processes) -Perform Equity Research Reports of companies in financial services sector (bank, securities company, insurance) in accordance with international standard. - Conduct investment proposal for PCC and investors and provide supporting duties to the portfolio management team. - Team Head of company database build-up project: design, guide and assist a group of assistants to search, write up financial summary, executive summary, and company’s database.

Coordinate the consultancy working, manage the logistics issues, prepare the bidding proposals, translate (if any), interview and arrange the consultants for specific consultation service and contact with international partners
