Business development & sales for Asia

Client acquisition; market expansion & new market penetration; provide/contribute market&sales strategy; Understand and speak on technical & fundamentals of trading at public event or seminars.

Position trading, and brokering deals between international buyers/sellers.

Acquisition of Private, corporate and partner (institutional) clients in APAC region for their capital markets trading and solution. Customize solutions to meet clients’ needs. Training and educating clients with regards to company’s offerings i.e. FX, options, futures, derivatives, equities. Negotiate partner clients’ agreements. Work with traders and account managers with regards to clients’ accounts/trades to increase trading volumes. Assist & provide training/education to clients/partners; prepare & give presentations/seminars to potential clients, business groups.

Bank loans and banc assurance sales, focusing on HNW segments. Build partnerships with third parties (property & insurance agencies, property developers, lawyers and other departments within bank) Client relationship management/building and getting referrals; up-sell/cross sell.

Management of a 15-men team in maintaining operational readiness.
