I worked for Highams Group a niche based professional staffing organisation specialising in the Insurance and Financial markets. I joined Highams as a senior Consultant, mainly to develop business in France predominantly within the Financial/Banking domain. I had full autonomy and run my desk as though it were my own business, from opening new clients to drawing up contracts. I have focussed on generating new business and have opened up a number of new clients, particularly within France such as BNP Paribas, HSBC, Fortis and Sole suppliers for a fast growing Financial Software Company, Cogendi.

Working for one of the largest IT specialist recruitment consultancies in the UK, I joined Lorien as a contract Consultant, mainly to develop business in Europe predominantly within the Financial/Banking and ERP market.
