Joe's career started at Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company, but from there he moved to larger and larger companies, such as Viacom, United Cable, and The Hearst Corporation. During his 20 years with Hearst, he held a number of key executive positions and was tasked with propelling troubled entities into companies with revenues in the millions
