An overall knowledge of employment laws as well as the commitment to providing world standard HR service to employees and applicants is required. The Human Resources Representative handles sensitive, highly confidential employee information. Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) is required. Principle responsibilities include: performing recruitment activities such as posting open positions by utilizing the on-line recruiting system, screening of candidates, conducting job related assessments, conducting interviews and working with line managers in the selection process. Ensure local compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. Facilitate collaborative problem solving strategies and advise managers on policy interpretation and implementation
