2010: Advised this UK-based early stage telecoms company on funding options culminating in a strategic equity investment by a well known London-based transport company.

Agency Advertising Network

2009: Top 5 Global Agency Advertising Network. Financial Front Ltd. was the Corporate Finance Advisor on Acquisitions in the Healthcare Communications Sector. Screened acquisitions candidates in the sector and conducted a broad search via various sources including broker contacts and industry contacts. Mandate resulted in the acquisition of a leading UK operator that enhances the company’s clients offering for clients and prospects in medical communications and market access at both the global and European levels. Deal Size – US$5 million via earn out process.

Wireless Local Loop

2006: Kalimat Wireless Local Loop Kuwait. Financial Front Ltd. was the Joint Corporate Finance advisor with Gulf Capital. US$20m fund raising secured with a leading Middle East investor for one of two national WLL licences in Iraq. Originated and concluded first funding round for this landmark telecoms deal in Iraq. Advised on optimal capital markets and regulatory structures. Negotiated with Middle East investors, closed funding and managed a complex investment process.

Huntsworth plc :

2004 : 2005. Co-ordinated, screened and implemented an acquisition programme from start to finish comprising 6 companies. Negotiated “win win” structures addressing succession through specific alignment of interest mechanisms.


Global Bank

2003 : structured the merger and reorganisation of two closed life businesses in 2003 into one company with £8 billion of Assets Under Management and 1 million policyholders. Led a unique £720 million refinancing programme involving a £400 million securitisation of “relevant regulatory surplus.” one of the few successful "Life" securitisations. It generated significant economic benefits for the parent bank."

Financing: We evaluate and present equity and debt funding options for working, expansion and acquisition capital. We manage the sales process for a business from “cradle to grave”. We project manage the entire process from the initial pre-marketing and longlisting through to meetings with potential investors / buyers and final term sheet / Heads of Terms negotiations and commercial completion of the deal.
Mergers & Acquisitions: LVV Capital works with clients on both buyside and sellside mandates, on both minority and majority stakes. We evaluate and agree the transaction criteria and research and shortlist prospective targets and counterparties, followed by efficient project management through to close.
EXITS: LVV Capital advises on both trade sale and / or IPO transactions. We work with clients to agree the timing and to identify other trusted advisers required to maximise the outcome for the shareholders of our client.
