Natvar Nana serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness Florida specializing in the sale of hotel properties and vacant land. Natvar began his career in retailing and luggage manufacturing in South Africa and has over 40 years combined experience in real estate. For the first 20 year Natvar was responsible for site selection and negotiated lease agreements and purchasing properties for the retail chain. During the same period he was involved in property improvements and construction. In 1987, he opened his own Real Estate Brokerage office. Initially, the firm focused on residential transactions, but later expanded to include commercial property. For over 20 years, Natvar has concentrated on hotel and land brokerage. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Natvar served as Advisor at Orlando, FL based, International Motel Brokers and Signature Realty & Development. Natvar also serves as a managing partner and president for the Ruba Group of Companies, involved in real estate investment and land development. Active in the industry, Natvar is affiliated to various organizations, participates in trade shows and has attended numerous real estate and hotel training programs. Natvar has strong ties to a diverse community of national and international contacts within the hotel owner and hotel broker community.
