Since 1984, René Mulder has gained international business experience in many sectors of the service industry. The driving force and the common objective behind his activities have always been to develop a creative idea into a commercially viable business proposition. He likes the process starting from scratch with just a concept and managing the process of all development stages with the final result of providing customers a good time and excellent service or product. His experience ranges from organising large scale international music events, representing international artists through his well established booking agency and developing formula’s for discotheques and music clubs. He has also been involved in the clothing industry introducing his own succesfull brand of casual clothes, sportswear and racing gear "Off the Wall". Another area of expertise (for the past ten years)has been real estate developments.

The latter activity has lead to the decision to set up 2ndHomes International as a special division. This company will not only be involved in developing its own real estate projects but will operate in a much broader field. The overall objective is to offer a broad range of investment opportunities for people interested in property in the most exciting parts of the world, either as a holiday home or to live there permanently. Not only new developments will be on offer but also carefully selected resale opportunities.

The services of 2ndHomes however go further than just offering an extensive portfolio of international real estate. We are also developing a broad range of auxillary services aimed at assisting clients to reduce the hassle of buying real estate abroad to an absolute minimum.

Initially out of own needs and exploring the alternative funding industry has lead to setting up 2ndHomes Financial Services. We’re offering a wide range of various financial solutions for medium to large scale commercial projects (from € 5 M) through mandates closed with some large investment funds and banks and various private investor groups. We also offer interesting bank instruments for various financial solutions such as project finance or to effectuate into interesting trading programs.

With our Financial services division we have been able to sign an new international collaboration agreement that enhances into offering mortgage services for 50 countries!!!
