Key positions held include Partner/ Head - Mergers & Acquisitions at Ambit; Director/National Head - Custodian and Financial Securities Services for Grindlays Bank; Assistant Director, Global Corporate Finance at ANZ Investment Bank and Corporate Dealer at the ANZ Grindlays Treasury with responsibility for FX and derivatives. As corporate finance and markets evolve, I remain fascinated with the cutting edge e.g. alternative investments and quant finance.

I have had opportunity to apply my skills in real business settings, having been directly responsible for M&A/strategic partnerships at country (Pfizer India), regional (Pfizer Europe) and global levels (Wockhardt), working very closely in each instance directly with or as member of the corporate leadership team. As a result, I have insider strategic and operational understanding of healthcare, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

I have advised and adapted to a range of organizational cultures, from boutiques, country subsidiaries, regional offices, family conglomerates through to Fortune 10 global headquarters. Having dealt with companies and investors across levels - from CEOs/shareholders to finance and corporate development directors - and across a wide gamut of sectors, I am privileged to have built a deep network of relationships and personal credibility with key decision-makers, particularly in healthcare/life sciences.

I bring a global perspective and multi-regional depth through experience and training in North America, Europe and Asia: through various roles, I have worked and lived in New York, Mumbai, London and Bangalore and was raised in New Delhi. I hold an MBA from FMS, University of Delhi and an MSc from the London School of Economics. I am also a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association.
