Foresight Commercial Finance is a brand new company, February 2010. Mark opened it with the intent of providing mortgages for commercial property but it seems that will be a secondary focus. There is a strong need for small business finance, import export finance and medical practice finance. It seems that the St. Louis market is under served in these areas and the company has already experienced some success.

In 1999 Mark opened We Sell St. Louis.The company specialized in internet marketing residential real estate usually competing for and winning the coveted first page.Like many smaller firms it recruited green agents but it is a point of pride that all of them closed a sale within their first three months.A second site MarkSellsStlouis.net specialized in investments usually apartments 20 units or below. Prior to 1999 Mark was licensed with Coldwell Banker.
