I am an experienced visionary and imagineer. My favorite role model, Walt Disney, was both a “visionary and imagineer”, who not only had the vision, but also imagineered his vision into reality.

By lighting the fire, before I strike the match, I work with the team to envision "the plan" before committing resources which minimizes risks and maximizes profits.

Then I imagineer "the plan" into reality by effectively communicating with business executives, sales and marketing, while staying within the established budgets.

As the CEO, and Founder of Xtra Lite Displays, in just 14 years, I expanded my role from a graphic designer, to product designer, to entrepreneur to create a global micro business model that supported dealers around the globe and technology for some of the top corporations in America and internationally. I received 5 US Patents and International Patents on my initial product development.

My formula for success has always been my unwavering ability to find opportunities, quickly build business relationships, find new products, processes, and apply new marketing programs to achieve results quickly, on target and on budget. My innate marketing sense is what drives me, but the shear depth of my management knowledge and use of the creative process and motivating teams of creatives driving them to victory is what I thrive on in a true business sense. I am extremely familiar with extensive US and worldwide travel to all major parts of the world.
