I am in charge of the control over the operations and the results of the subsidiaries and the factories abroad. Besides, I process the monthly report for the equity firms on the evolution of the k.p.i. of the Group, under IAS. This entails the coordination with several Departments of the Companies. I assist to the CFO in analysis of the monthly performance of the cash-flow and I am in charge of the pursuit of the covenants’ compliance arising from the different financing resources.
