Currently working on development of reporting and analytic point solution for Customer Relationship Management .It includes conceptualizing the CRM solution, preparing the scope and its data requirements,mapping data requirements to the core banking systems and DWHs.Preparing base reports and configuring them on the reporting tool and giving business inputs for the design of data mart cube.Also ,create sales and sales support material for the same. Apart from CRM analytics I am also working on requirement gathering and initial scope vetting of various analytical point solutions across different industry verticals.
