I am currently in the fourth year of being an entrepreneur, running my own start-up firms in Italy and the Netherlands as the PHIMARK Group. The business is focused on sale of services and equipment to operators of wireless services delivery networks world wide. BLACKWOLF, a PHIMARK Group company, is currently working on the organization of several MVNO, Metro WiFi and WiMAX projects in EMEA.
In the period 1994 – 2005 I worked as a finance broker, consultant, analyst, and executive for hire with start-up and young firms in the wireless industry. I placed a few private equity deals; rounded up a lot of spectrum for wireless broadband and so pioneering this sector in Europe; built numerous business plans and investor materials for clients, and coached some CEOs in the process. From 2000 I have been doing consulting business as the Fort Corbenic project.
After graduation from Cornell University in 1980 through 1993 I worked for large companies Chase, IBM and Telenor in business development, sales, marketing, customer financing product management, finance, accounting and auditing.

Led the development and writing of the PSTN License application for the Central Zone, oversaw the development of marketing campaigns for subscriber acquisitions (subscriber gross adds increased 20,000 in the two months of this assignment), development of a Corporate Identity Program that included Mission, Vision and Values statements in collaboration with the Chairman, the Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer. Developed the Quarterly Marketing Budget, introducing the concept of activity based budgeting. The marketing organization grew from 30 to 65 people in the period.
