Job Responsibilities:- Stores & Procurements.

• Preparation of Daily Receipt , Issues & Dispatches .
• Preparation of Bill Park ,GRN & MIS Generate in ERP system
• Reporting of Actual Stock Status, Consumption, etc.
• Co-ordinate with Purchase, Finance & other related department
• Responsible for Physical Inventory, Indent Processing
• Responsible for Documentation, Co-ordination & Follow up with the user departments for their needs

• Preparation of reports related to Inventory Management in ERP modules for all Receipt , issues and dispatches of materials to other branches confirming to ISO standards.

• Preparation of reports related to Inventory Management in ERP modules i.e All Inventory Value Report, High Value Inventory Report , Slow Moving , Non Moving Report ABC Analysis & XYZ Analysis Report .

• Preparation of Monthly stock statement summary & details sheet and Monthly stores ledger Report for all critical items required for MIS to site accounts on monthly basis.

• Preparation of Liability statements for all suppliers and transporters for submitting to Accounts for Fund Planning.

• Preparation of Debit and Credit Note related to Material Issued to Sub Contractor and submitting to accounts on monthly basis.

• Perpetual Inventory and preparation of Stock Match status Report on Monthly Basis.

• Warehousing of all materials with proper identification tags & individual Locating bins for Spares ( Indian & foreign Imported Items ) & all Non spares Items..

• Preparation and record keeping of production / Consumption of Hot Mix Plants, Crusher Plant , Batching Plant and Weigh Bridge as per the requirement of the Management.


• MIS Finalisation and H.O Co-ordination.

• Preparation of Rate Contracts , Vendor development with suitability considering to quality /quantity as per schedule of users , Procurement of Construction Equipment Spares, Raw materials and all consumable items.
