The overshadowing interest I have in my workinglife is how HR can facilitate business....How to get the right fit between company and employee..from the beginning to the end of the relationship. Presently I specialise in recruitment within the field of Banking/Finance.

Previously I have worked with Career Counselling, Employer Branding,Project management, Headhunting and Executive Search. More recently focusing on the synergies between IT, People and business, by managing an Employer Branding portfolio of jobbanks for several universities aligning my companys strategi with the universities'.
In my sparetime, I teach a Human Resource course (10 ECTS) at Niels Brock Business College Management Academy.
