Responsible to manage strategy and overall solutions responsibility for business continuity and disaster recovery plans of the Bank.

• IT solutions delivery & integrations, over 8 years delivery and implementation experience in IT solutions, ITSM and process integrations projects including core banking solutions (Temenos T24), online solutions, delivery channels, credit risk assessment solutions, Basel II, workflow solutions, ERP & HRM solutions, infrastructure and communication solutions. Outstanding ability to innovate, design & deliver solutions for business needs.

• Core Banking Solutions, over 8 years experience in core banking solutions landscape (Temenos T24). Demonstrated success with advance business and technical knowledge & experience in testing & compliance, gap analysis, functional, business specifications, designing solutions, implementations, integrations and continues improvements to core banking solution. Subject matter expert in Temenos T24.

• Business consulting, over 10 years of demonstrated success business consulting for designing and delivery of IT strategies, IT solutions and business process reengineering solutions, finance solutions, etc.

• Leadership, successfully demonstrated background in providing leadership, creating performance culture, managing stake holder relationships with 3rd parties, vendors and creating strong working relationships.

• Communication, broad relationship building, negotiation, interpersonal skills and excellent communication presentation, facilitation and collaboration building skills with stake holders at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability and experience to influence business partners, management as to the benefit of identified initiatives, functional knowledge of data flow to systems, and other appropriate technology solutions and strategies.
