It would be hard to summarize what I do and how I do it. Suffice it to say that my work or job responsibilities are many and varied: Contracts Law is my specialty....I review contracts, write summaries for corporations, negotiate contracts and transactions. Review banking and Finance documents, write reviews for banks. I write and review Legal documents and give a written analysis for corporations.

I am also directly responsible for the operations of Rayfield Companys LTD, Inc. and over see all aspects of real estate, development and construction we are involved in.

I assist corporations in locating suitable financing, banking or funding as well as secure required bank Guarantees and/or SBLC and documentary Letters of Credit or Certified certificates of Cash Deposit to help secure loans and financing for major construction projects and contracts world wide.
