As a Finance Director, Jordi drives and co-ordinates the companies’ annual plans, review and follow-up processes and corrective activities while ensuring appropriate internal controls, policies and procedures He Assists the General Director in all aspects of the business related to finance issues Jordi develops the systems to continuously improve the financial close and reporting process He also maintains adequate control of both expenses and capital expenditure, establishes a structured and consistent financial organization in the EMEA market Jordi manages the treasury corporate function, ensuring optimum use of credit facilities, minimizing interest expense, hedging against exchange risks and ensuring adequate resources are in place to meet planned business requirements
