Mr. Engstrom is a seasoned executive with 20 years experience in corporate turnarounds, cost reductions and efficiency improvements. He has a background in private equity, executive management and advisory roles. He is the Managing Partner of Amaletheia, a Special Situations firm. Previously, he was a co-founder of ATP Capital, a private equity fund and led the full turnaround of the private equity owned ACT Group from near bankruptcy to public listing. He has also been a senior Director with Deloitte in the Operational Excellence group and the Transactions & Reorganization Services group and started his career with McKinsey & Co and A.T. Kearney, Inc. He holds a B.Sc., with Highest Honors, in Finance from Drexel University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He speaks four European languages.
