YõULíNG is a global organisation founded in 2008 to develop an ‘intellectual property pipeline’ into and out of China.

Based in Beijing, Hong Kong, London and Brisbane YõULíNG identifies technologies and other intellectual assets that are in high demand in China and licenses or otherwise acquires products to introduce into China. YõULíNG also identifies unique technologies that have been developed inside China and licenses these for distribution internationally. YõULíNG founders have extensive experience in IP licensing and protection in China and globally.

YõULíNG uses Australia and New Zealand as test markets for technologies being refined before introduction into China and for Chinese technologies being prepared for international distribution. YõULíNG acts in a manner similar to a VC but with the internal skills and resources that allow direct hands-on management and mentoring of each new business in its early stages of establishment. Each YõULíNG project is eventually spun-out and established as a company in its own right with YõULíNG retaining an equity share.

YõULíNG undertakes projects in the Information Technology, Clean Energy, Technology Innovation, Healthcare and other sectors where technologies can be licensed and exploited across borders.
