At NMC, I am managing Customer Services Operations right from Conceptualization, planning, team management and ensuring delivery excellence. I am responsible for the complete MIS and reporting to the senior management. I started as a Loan Manager to provide advisory services on loan scenarios to Loan Consultants. I have been managing the team size of 30 members of loan consultants for their loan scenarios. Gradually I am given a responsibility of managing the entire back office of mortgage operations at NMC. I am also accountable to manage relationship with Third Party Vendors, such as Lender Executives, Title companies, Processors, and Marketing Companies for new recruits. In terms of processes, I am well versed with US Residential Mortgage, Loan Modification, Pre-foreclosures solutions, besides having significant exposure on credit repairing and title insurance related work.

At AD Softex/Montgomery Mortgage, I was instrumental in setting up the operations division from scratch. Since it was a captive outfit, the team size was only 30 members. The challenge here was again setting up End to End mortgage operations for US office of Montgomery. At AD Softex, I learnt domain aspects, end to end mortgage transaction process. I was instrumental in setting up entire lead generation and loan origination division. I trained my subordinates to carry out skilled work of loan origination and loan processing. Besides setting up the operations, the challenge was to build skilled team, and keep them motivated, so to enhance service standards, customer satisfaction and team development.

At Azure, I managed mortgage operations for more than 4 customers with 60 member team working in Night Shift. Besides I was instrumental in setting up mortgage processing unit and managed processing team of a size of 40 members. I was reporting to CEO as an independent in charge of managing mortgage operations as SBU. For growth perspective, I started on floor as Customer Care Executive. Within 8 months, I was given a team to handle and within 1.5 years I was made accountable to manage mortgage processing operations. I played a significant role in implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction. We implemented 3 layers of Quality Control measures to improve the acceptance ratio on sales. Besides these check points, I implemented on floor call monitoring, off floor training, to transcend clients’ expectation to every team member. I also put system to take escalations for resolving critical issues ensuring CTQ delivery and business continuity.
