Supervised Accounting, Credit, Treasury, MIS, Risk Management, Human Resources and Mergers and Acquisitions. • Led the acquisition process in the purchase of a $10MM wholesale distribution company, which doubled consolidated sales and net income. • Established new bank relationship, in conjunction with acquisition financing, and negotiated a $6MM credit facility at interest rates below prior credit facilities.

Supervised Accounting, Treasury, MIS, Risk Management, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Quality Control and Process Engineering. • Led the acquisition process in the purchase of an $8MM vertically integrated business, resulting in additional net income in excess of $400,000. • Led the planning and construction of a $7 MM office and manufacturing support facility and negotiated a real estate tax abatement which generated a ten year tax savings of $1.8MM. • Negotiated a $19MM line of credit at effective rates below prime, for an estimated $125,000 in annual savings and interest.

Supervised Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Credit, Real Estate and Risk Management, including Canadian and Mexican Affiliates. • Led the negotiations to acquire the controlling interest of a Mexican affiliate, improving operational control and providing better access to the Mexican market. • Developed a multi-phased cost reduction program; saved $6.0MM in costs and reduced inventory $4MM (40%).
