We require the project owner has cash available while we take the role of providing 70%-99% of the funds through a 12-month to 36-month draw schedule.

Our internal expertise continues to be that of determining feasibility and implementing assymetrical strategies. Our internal assets, resources and relationships enable us to capitalize anything feasible. Our sweet spot at the moment is in water technology and wastewater treatment.
