General Manager - Responsible for the Management of Portugal office, overall management, from motivation, executive recruitment, sales, strategic marketing, Finances, implementation of TI, and public relations. I was responsible for 13 employees, making the link between mother Company in Malmo Sweden and Portugal.

Provided the definition of the subjects concerning organization, workflow, planning, cost control, analysis, planning and procedures control in order to achieve the goal of a single structure with full connections inside the Group. Responsible for the definition and implementation of the cost accounting. Participated as a spokeswoman in several Congresses and Seminars of Real State. Participated at Sales strategies meetings. Direct interlocutor with Administration and interface with external Auditors.

Managing and planning the company operations in an independent way in every functional areas. Responsible for the definition of a new organization structure, with new methods at the Commercial, Financial and Technical areas. Coordinated the implementation of new software, overall cost control, analysis and planning in order to properly reflect the company’s assets, liabilities and results, Report to top management, furthermore, provided support to the organisation of production, supervision and training of new workers, under direct supervision fifteen Employees.

Civil constructionI led the creation of the entire organisation, from scratch going through the structural organization, monitoring all operations in order to achieve fully integrated systems, selected computer system, supervised all the workflow in accountancy, preparing forecasts, general ledgers journals, assuring the use of appropriate sources, that accounting are made in compliance with company policy and procedures and local fiscal requirements.

Metallurgic Started at Accounting department and step by step achieved higher level of responsibilities, after 12 years was the Financial Manager and assistant of Executive Manager. Participated as a spokeswoman in several Congresses and Seminars of speciality, prepared the Marketing Plan and its follow up, develop the creative process of brochures, advertising and lead the presence of the company near the newspapers, TV and Radio.
