Responsible for 3 departments, 6 offices at corporate level; a staff of 16 middle management managers, 6 supervisors and 25 employees are responsible for company’s purchasing, logistics, invoice matching and an operational budget of $3.5M. The mission is to provide to our clients/users, suppliers and partners with business processes, information systems and solutions tailored to a cost effective and time saving than actually meets the requirements of company’s business units. Company must reduce 35% of purchasing budget in order to reach the goal to reduce the price of kilowatt/hr. I am passionate about helping clients, and users run their operations and projects in a most successful and cost efficient manner that supports their needs and challenges during these challenging times. An activity based costing management approach was implemented.
