Babbar specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail property in addition to the sale of commercial development land in the greater Orlando, Florida market. Babbar has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and brings many years of commercial real estate experience to serve his clients diligently in the Central Florida Market. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, which is earned after mastering graduate level classes in financial, market, user decision and investment analysis along with a portfolio of closed transactions and a 6 hour comprehensive examination. Only 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. Babbar currently serves as a director on the Central Florida CCIM chapter. Prior to joining the Sperry Van Ness, Babbar founded, operated and sold a successful international business-to-business company in Central Florida. Previously Babbar served as a senior engineer for Siemens based in Florida and ITT Avionics Division in New Jersey. Babbar’s zeal to exceed his performance goals earned him numerous awards during his engineering career including an Excellence Award. Babbar also had a memorable experience serving in the United States Marine Corps (USMC); highlights included several meritorious promotions.

Before moving to Florida Babbar earned a bachelor’ s degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. He currently resides in Lake Mary, a suburb of Orlando, with his wife and two Florida Gator sons.
