Establishing of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in accordance with the group policies; - Providing the credit risk management of business lines activities (corporate, retail, SME), including the vintage analysis, PD estimations; - Providing the market risk management, including interest rate risk in the banking book (gap analysis, duration, the standardized supervisory shock); - Leading operational risk management function of the Bank, ensuring compliance with the operational risk policy (LDC, HMM, RCSA, KRI), coordinating activity and interacting with Internal Audit, Compliance, Financial Control, IT and Business Lines Departments as well as regional offices; - Participating in Basel 2 implementation process (including ICAAP), organizing the workflow of updating methods, algorithms, instructions in coordination with the parent bank; - Performing CRO functions during his temporarily absence, managing team of 7 professionals.

Developing a unique methodology for risk management, providing compliance with the high level policies and limits, approving from the risk side of procedures, regulations and instructions prepared by business units of the Bank; - Leading risk governance function of the bank and clear articulating of the policies, infrastructure and methodology framework of the risk management; - Encouraging the system of the risk committees of the Bank with improving metrics and report formats, keeping minutes and following up decisions of risk committees; - Implementing business processes oriented model of risk management, performing business processes risk assessment.

Market risk supervision (government securities, corporate bonds, stocks, derivatives: risk measuring, provisioning, reporting); - Credit risk supervision (promissory notes, banking guaranties: risk measuring, provisioning, reporting); - Providing operational risk management (the CBR interbank payment system, government securities settlements, banking IT systems, BCP); - Supervision of compliance with banking/securities legislation (the issue of banking securities; disclosure of information about securities; corporate governance aspects of securities issue; professional securities market making; AML; retail banking; cash management); -Leading the methodology center on supervision of the bank’s activities in the derivatives markets; - Inspecting of compliance and risk management functions in banks; - Interacting with FFMS and other regulators, APICEX and MICEX.

Providing training “Securities markets and exchange business” and “Derivatives markets”.
