- Responsible for developing and implementing the centralization of purchasing, estimating, architecture, and the design centers.
- Responsible for Supply Chain Management, Negotiating national, regional and divisional contacts.
- Leader for the conversion of the accounting and purchasing systems, including F.A.S.T and JD Edwards, including shift to purchase order-driven processes and itemized purchasing.
- Work with Company executives and staff to change culture from independent to more centralized processes.
- Manage process with national account reps, end-users and the sales team to define new product requirements and work with product development to document these requirements in product specifications.
- Manage internal and external CAD resources to streamline new product development and bring CAD drawings to accurate and current.
- Define financial and operational internal controls (SOX) and implemented internal peer reviews to insure controls were followed.
