I have over twenty four years of management experience in the financial services sector ranging from Corporate Finance to Investment Banking and to Asset Management fields. I’ve been working in a senior capacity for large companies focusing on privatisations, cross-border M&A activities, finance rising through private and public offerings and asset management. The total value of East European transactions that I was directly responsible for, or involved in, comes to approximately $8 bn. The total value of assets managed was in excess of $10 bn. Asset classes that I was responsible for, include: public equity, fixed income, interest rate & currency derivatives as well as alternative assets. In recent years, I have been increasingly involved in private equity funds and in private equity fund of funds transactions and structures throughout the CEE and CIS regions.
