To manage a 10 member team for RBS confirmations. This includes CLS, Non CLS and Paper confirmations. MIS reporting Annual and Bi- Annual Performance appraisal for team members.

Manage relationship with clients independently of one branch to market new products of Mutual funds and Insurance. To bring in revenue to the branch and exploit the existing database of the branch to bring in new business. Act as a financial advisor for investments and market liability products like Life insurance, Mutual Funds and Bonds. Customize products for customer’s requirement and follow up regularly with clients and provide feedback to management. A Single point, contact for all investment portfolio management for the branch.

Started out to be a Sales executive and grew up as a Team Leader, to handle a team of 10 members comprising of 6 sales executives and 4 telemarketing executives. To market Asset products of the bank like personal, professional loans and Liability products like Savings account and Current account and Credit cards. To develop promotional campaign from time to time to improve business and revenue to the company.
