I graduated from Faculty of Arts, Cairo University in 1980 with a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the AUC, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Wales University. I worked with the British Council, in Egypt, for 20 years, progressing in different posts throughout her employment history. In my last post with the Council, I managed the regional Education Program, was responsible for the development and implementation of the Council’s strategy for education, and providing expertise for portfolio development, market intelligence, on a country basis with the wider regional team, and representing the Council’s Education activities in the Near East and North Africa region. I'm currently working as a freelance Consultant on Education and Employment facilitation as well as delivering training in soft skills and management training. I'm also a Board member of the “International Center for Training and Quality of Services, CTQS”.
