Lighthouse Realty Fund L.P.Jan 25, 2010 – Jacksonville FL - Following the exciting 2009 private equity fund launch, the management team of Beacon Asset Managers, LLC held their first business development conference of 2010 for new Directors of Business Development of the Lighthouse Realty Fund, LP.

Meetings were conducted January 18-20, 2010 at the Jacksonville, FL International Airport Residence Inn.  Eighteen participants attended from Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, Missouri, Maryland, Ohio, and Texas.  The two-day meetings covered Lighthouse Realty Fund, LP's history and evolution, unique positioning, legal structure, target properties and process, market research, and investment opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.

James W.
